ABOUT THE CALL


The purpose of this call is to create a tailored plan toward creating the specific results you want from coaching and to decide on a coaching plan that makes sense to you. After the call, you will leave with a detailed plan of what specific results you want and a roadmap for achieving those results. If you are a good match for 1-on-1 coaching, I will make you an offer at the end of the call to implement the plan we create together on the call.

*If you are not a good fit for coaching, I still want to make sure you get help, and I will make recommendations on some alternatives for your next steps.

STRUCTURE OF THE CALL

  • Introduction (5mins) - We will spend a few minutes getting to know each other.

  • Life Wheel (30-35mins) - During this time we will talk about the results you want and how those results will affect the different areas of your life. This is the main goal of the call aimed at helping you to figure out exactly what you want and creating a plan to get it.

  • Future Pacing (10mins) - During this time, we are going to imagine what your life would be like if you were to actually achieve the goals we talked about during the life wheel. This is a vital skill set that will help you create motivation to actually take action on the plan we created together.

  • Wrap Up & Next Steps (10mins) - During this final section of the call, I will answer any questions you have and if I think you are a good fit for 1-on-1 coaching to implement the plan, will make you a clear and simple offer for coaching.

Who is Andrew again?

Andrew Cipriano is a life coach that has been professionally coaching for the last 3 years.

Qualifications:

Andrew is on a mission to provide the highest quality life coaching tools to anyone ready to receive them. After spending years going the traditional route working in the clinical field and getting formal education in psychology, he realized the old system is broken and is in dire need of repair. He believes life coaching is the solution to that problem and has been improving his life each day with the exact life coaching tools he teaches his clients.

Is the $50 refundable?

No. The $50 for this call is for my time and expertise. If you decide to move forward on the coaching plan we create during this call, the $50 will be discounted off that plan. If you decide to cancel the coaching call after booking, you will not be refunded.

If you need to reschedule the call, you can do so on the confirmation email you will receive after booking, or by simply clicking "reply" on the confirmation emails or SMS you will receive after booking.

Do I need to prepare before the call?

No. All you need to do is come with a distraction-free connection to the internet and a general idea of what results you would like to create. The more specific, the better. But, the purpose of this call is to create a more specific and detailed plan together.

The call will be hosted on Zoom and you will get a link to the call after booking (with SMS & email reminders).

How can I make the most of this call?

Show up distraction-free, with at least a general idea of what you want from coaching, and with a willingness to be honest and vulnerable about what is and is not working in your life.

Is this therapy?

In short, no.

Although I do have a degree in psychology and clinical experience working in a psychiatric hospital, this is not therapy, it's coaching.

My coaching is based largely on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), by the way that I have been trained to coach differs greatly from typical therapy.

The main difference between therapy and coaching is that coaching is a non-clinical field. That means there is NOTHING to diagnose or treat.

I see all of my clients as perfect, whole, and worthy, no matter what they have going on in their lives. And I believe that it is this perspective that makes coaching a better fit for the specific problems I solve.

With that said, therapy is still a beautiful container and can be very helpful when it comes to certain problems.

Coaching is not better than therapy just like therapy is not better than coaching. They both serve different purposes and I know the lines between coaching and therapy well and I always err on the side of caution when taking on new clients.

At the end of the day, I am here to help you and if I suspect that therapy is a better fit, I will not hesitate to have that conversation with you.
